Use on a level, heat-resistant surface out of reach of children and pets. Open the lid before warming. Switch off and let the wax cool fully before moving the warmer or changing the wax.
How it works

1Set it up
Place it on a level, heat-resistant surface and connect the USB-C cable to a 5 V USB power source.
2Add your wax
Flip the clear lid open and place up to 12 g of any standard scented wax melt in the silicone dish.
3Press and enjoy
Press the side button. The red light shows it is on, and the scent fills the room as the wax melts.
4Pop out the old wax
Switch off and let the wax cool fully. Lift and flex the dish, and the wax comes right out.

Do I need special wax?
No. HIA works with any standard scented wax melt, with no brand-locked pods, and our heart-shaped HIA melts fit the dish. Use no more than 12 g at a time. Do not add water, fragrance oil, food or hair-removal wax.
How big is it?
The warmer is 56 mm wide, 56 mm deep and 46 mm tall. The dish holds up to 12 g of wax.
Is the lid spill-proof?
No. The clear lid is a dust cover for between uses. Flip it open while warming so the scent can fill the room.
How do I change the wax?
Switch off and let the wax cool fully. Lift out the silicone dish, flex it, and pop out the cooled wax. Put the dish back before adding a new melt.
How long does it take to melt?
Press the side button to start. Melt time depends on the size and type of your wax melt.
How long does a pouch last?
A 50 g (1.76 oz) pouch fills the dish about four times. How long each fill keeps scenting a room depends on the melt and the room.
Can I choose my scents?
Yes. The Starter Set comes with one scent you pick, and the Discovery Set has all four. Single pouches are $6.99, and the Refill Set has one of each for $22.99.
How hot does it get?
The dish heats to about 135 °C (±15 °C), enough to melt standard wax melts. Let the wax cool fully before you touch the dish.
Where should I put it?
On a level, heat-resistant surface out of reach of children and pets. Keep the cord away from edges, and do not move the warmer while the wax is liquid.
What comes in the box?
The warmer and a USB-A to USB-C cable. The Starter Set adds one 50 g pouch of the scent you choose, and the Discovery Set adds all four. A wall charger is not included.
Is it cordless?
No. It runs on 5 V / 2 A USB power through its USB-C cable. Plug it into a USB phone charger or a power bank. It has no battery.
